The lid locks to the rim rather than resting on it — gravies and sauces stay sealed through the bag, the bike, and the handoff. The failure mode that generates refunds, designed out.

FAQ.
How anti-leak are these, really?
The lid locks to the rim instead of resting on it, and the optional printed inner tray adds a second barrier over the food before the lid goes on. For thin gravies on a long ride, run the inner tray as well as the lid — that is the belt-and-braces setup.
Round or rectangular — which should I order?
Round for anything with a sauce — curries, dals, gravies. Rectangular for rice, biryani, noodles, and mains that flat-stack in the bag. Same material, same lid system, same three sizes, so many kitchens run both and pick at packing.
Can the customer microwave it?
Yes — bagasse is microwave and fridge safe, so the order goes fridge-to-microwave in the same box. It also takes hot fills straight off the pass without warping.
Do the lids fit across sizes?
No — each size has its own matching lid (RDC-001…003 for round, RTC-001…003 for rectangular). Order the lid that matches the container, or take the container-and-lid set so they always pair.
What is the case pack?
Round: 600 each for 500 ml and 750 ml, 400 for 1000 ml. Rectangular: 600 per case across all three sizes. Order by the case on the Aeros app.
Can I print my brand on them?
Yes — via the printed inner tray and the printed sleeve, both of which carry your logo on the sealed bowl. Send artwork and quantity and we will quote the print run and lead time.
Is bagasse actually better than plastic here?
For delivery, yes on two counts: it composts back to nothing instead of persisting for decades, and it is microwave-safe where most rigid plastics are not. It is moulded from sugarcane fibre left over from sugar milling — a by-product, not a fresh raw material.
