We hold plain stock across almost every item, which is what lets us take low MOQs and cover a banquet spike without a fresh production run.

How do we register you as a vendor?
Send us your standard vendor registration form and we will return it completed, with our statutory documentation attached. We supply five-star groups already, so the paperwork is familiar ground.
Can we hold a rate for the year?
Yes. We run annual rate contracts with twelve-month validity, so the property is not re-quoting every quarter.
Are rates delivered or ex-works?
Delivered. We quote FOR rates to the property anywhere in India, so freight is not a separate line that appears later.
Can we get samples before committing?
Yes, and for five-star properties they are free. We send them on Blue Dart or FedEx for quick delivery anywhere in India. Tell us what you use today and we will match it.
What is the lead time?

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Every product is listed on our app with capacity in ml, temperature ratings, and the rest of the technical detail, so chefs and purchase teams can check specifications directly rather than wait on a datasheet.
Are the containers microwave and freezer safe?
All containers are leak-proof and microwave-safe. Freezer-safe versions are available on request — tell us the application and we will spec the right board.
Can you print to our brand guidelines?
