Which size should I order?
THB-001 (220 × 150 × 250 mm) for single and two-person orders — the volume runner for most kitchens. THB-002 (260 × 170 × 345 mm) for family orders, 1 L tubs, and taller containers. Many operators run both and pick at packing.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes, provided the volume justifies new tooling. Send us your container dimensions and target quantity and we will scope it.
Is it really waterproof?
It is water-repellent, not submersible. The BOPP laminate makes rain and spills bead up and run off the surface, so the order stays dry on a normal monsoon run — it is not a dry bag for standing water.
How well does it hold temperature?
The silver lining reflects radiant heat back and slows the loss, which covers a typical 20 – 40 minute delivery. It is insulation, not refrigeration — it holds what you put in, it does not cool or heat.
Can I print any colour?
Yes — full-colour, all-over print on any body colour. The bag becomes a moving billboard, which is most of the reason operators reorder.
