Ø85 String-Lock Lid
A clear 85 mm lid with a tethered plug that flips open to sip and snaps shut again. The plug stays attached to the lid — nothing to lose on the counter, and the closure resists spills in a bag or a holder.

Tethered string-lock plug
The plug flips open to sip and snaps shut, and stays attached to the lid throughout. Resists spills in a delivery bag or a cup holder — and there is no loose part for the customer to drop.

Yes — every cup in the range is built on the same 85 mm top diameter, flat-bottom and U-bottom alike. One lid SKU covers the whole range.
What is a string-lock lid?
A clear lid with a plug tethered to it. The plug flips open to drink and snaps shut again, and never separates from the lid — so it resists spills in transit and there is no loose piece to lose.
Flat-bottom or U-bottom?
Flat-bottom stands unaided — better for dine-in, trays, and retail shelves. U-bottom sits cleaner in a cup holder or a delivery carrier and reads as the more premium shape. Same rim and same lid, so you can run both.
What is the MOQ?

How do these differ from your U-Shape PET cups?
Different material and a different rim. The PET range is a 92 mm rim built for foil sealing and a sipper lid; this range is PP on an 85 mm rim built around the string-lock lid. The lids are not interchangeable between the two — pick the range, then stock its lid.
Can I use these for hot drinks?
These are specified as cold cups. If you need a container for a hot drink, use our paper hot-cup range — or write to us with the fill temperature and we will confirm what is safe.
Can I get them printed?
Yes — fully custom-printable, from 5,000 cups per design. Send us artwork and quantity and we will scope a lead time.
Are they recyclable?
The cup and lid are both PP, so the pair goes into one stream rather than needing separation. Rinse before disposal.
