Which version should I order?
V3 is the most-ordered version — digital PID control, analog timer, polycarbonate cover. Step up to V4 if you need CE certification or an internal-buzzer digital timer. V1 / V2 are for operators that want the seal and nothing else.
What cup sizes will it seal?
Any cup from 2 oz (60 ml) up to 20 oz (600 ml), with a top diameter of 80, 90, 92, or 98 mm. The standard four-die set ships in the box.
How does the machine work?
Place a precut AeroSeal foil disc on the cup, slide the cup under the seal head, pull the handle. The heated head fuses the foil to the rim in 1 – 5 seconds. The buzzer (V2+) signals the end of cycle.
What is the price?
AeroSeal V3 is $799, with an introductory $699 for the first 15 days, ending at the NRA show. V1 / V2 / V4 are quoted on request — talk to us.
What is the MOQ for printed foils?
30,000 pieces per design for custom-printed AeroSeal foils. Plain foils are stocked and available in single-case quantities.
How is it shipped?
Standard V1 – V4 ship door-to-door in 15 days via DHL air. For multi-machine rollouts we offer LCL and 20 ft FCL freight at lower per-unit cost.
Is installation included?
Every AeroSeal Cup Sealer is plug-and-play. Unbox, plug into single-phase 230 V mains, set the temperature, and run.
