The complete cup delivery system pairs a fold-flat kraft holder that cradles the cup with a tall carrier bag that keeps it upright the whole way — sealed at the counter, opened only by your customer. The holder grips the base and the bag stands tall around it, so the cup cannot tip in transit. "THIS SIDE UP — DO NOT TILT" is printed on the bag as a cue to the rider.

Do I need both the holder and the bag?
They are designed to work together — the holder grips the base and the bag keeps the whole thing upright and sealed — but you can order either part on its own if you already run the other.
What is the difference between single and double?
Single carries one cup, double carries two. Both the fold-flat holder and the carrier bag come in single and double, so a solo drink and a two-drink order each travel in the right format.
White or brown?
Both. Every carrier ships in a white bleached-kraft and a natural brown-kraft finish — the white on slightly heavier 100 gsm paper on the double. Pick the colour that suits your brand.
Why fold-flat holders?
A moulded carrier gives you grip but eats storage; a fold-flat holder gives the same grip and ships dead flat, so it stores in a fraction of the space and folds up in a second at the counter.
How does the tamper seal work?
The bag has a fold-over top that is sealed at the counter after the drink goes in, so the order is only opened by your customer — a visible tamper cue on every beverage delivery.
What is the case pack?
